What Makes Me Qualified to Tell You Anything?

My name is Caleb Laps. I’m an online fitness coach who has had the amazing opportunity to change hundreds of people's lives. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. I played sports in high school and played D1 football in college. Throughout my years of experience, I have not only learned a lot about how the body works, I have also applied the “science” into my life. This is what has given me the physique I have now and what has allowed me to share my knowledge with people in need. Getting in great shape has changed my life and I know it can change yours too. I remember when I first started working out, I had a weak body, a weak mind, and low confidence. Three months into working out, I felt amazing! I held my head up higher, felt stronger, more confident, and received tons of compliments on my physique. Fitness has brought many great things into my life, friends, confidence, opportunities, and improved my health. I know that if you make the decision to start your fitness journey, you won’t regret getting in the best shape of your life and receiving all the benefits from it; a stronger mind, stronger body, more confidence, more energy, more opportunities, and improved health.
